A med-spa identity applied to black packaging on a stone ledge in warm shaft light — a gold mark on a recovery-kit box and business cards

Branding that becomes unforgettable.

Strategic identity. Timeless design. Built to be recognised everywhere.

Blackforge · Sydney · Australia

Most branding fails the moment it leaves the logo file.

We build identity systems that hold together in every format, on every platform, in every real-world moment.

Proof in production

Ren Salon — a thirty-three page brand book.

Wordmark, palette, voice, photographic direction, application across surfaces — drawn and documented so the brand survives every printer, social manager and new hire it meets.

A strong brand should feel recognisable before the logo appears.

Questions

Three before you ask the easy ones.

I already have a logo. Do I need to start over?

Not always. We do an honest review. If your logo works, we keep it and build the rest of the system around it. If it doesn’t, we tell you why.

How many revisions do I get?

Two rounds of revisions on the logo direction and the palette. Beyond that we charge by the hour, but most projects don’t hit that.

Do I own the brand files?

Yes. You get every source file — vector logos, font licenses (where transferable), the guideline PDF — under your name.

Can my printer use these files?

Yes. The guideline document is written in plain language with the file formats and colour codes any printer needs. Hand it over and they’ll know what to do.

Will the brand still look right in five years?

That’s the point of building it slow. Trends pass; a clear, calm system holds. We deliberately avoid the visual fashions that’ll look dated in eighteen months.
